No matter the format of the incoming document, it is recognized by the OCR-engine and entered into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central with minimal human involvement. The application supports all major formats, including PDF and XML most typically used for invoices and other payment documents. After automatic registration, the document automatically falls into the appropriate working area and becomes available for all users. The application works with any type of documents. Along with invoices it can be client agreements, contracts with partners, certificates, orders and any other correspondence.
